It's happened, I've finally outdone myself. I have been on such a roll lately with all these desserts. Seriously my family has been scratching their heads wondering what they've done to deserve such amazing treats. I'll keep them wondering for now, today I'm sharing my recipe for PB&J Ice Cream Sundaes! You heard me right. They are as delicious as they sound, I promise. And with such few ingredients, you can easily make this... right now.

So here is everything you will need to make an amazing, out of this world dessert.

  • RITZ Fresh Stacks Ultimate Butter
  • Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter
  • Jelly - I used classic grape, but any flavor would be awesome!
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

I found everything I needed at Walmart of course. I always find everything I need here. All the ingredients we picked up, we pick up on most regular shopping trips. But this time I was pretty excited to find the new RITZ Fresh Stacks Ultimate Butter. They are only available for a limited time, so if you see them make sure to grab a few boxes. The fresh stacks are THE BEST snack to have on hand, they make grabbing a quick snack for on the go, so easy. Oh and just a tip, keep an eye out for Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter. Seriously, it is probably the best peanut butter I've ever had. Once you've tried it, you will see why.

Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter explains it best right there on the package: Creamy with a bit of crunch. It's not at all like crunchy peanut butter and definitely not like creamy peanut butter either. The bits of crunch add the perfect amount of texture and balance.

So what do you do when you find the best peanut butter around? You find a way to turn it into a dessert of course! I mixed it into some whipped cream and came up with the most delicious combination ever created. Okay, that might be a little dramatic, but until you've tried it, how can you disagree?

Mixing the Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter and whipped cream is the only prep that you need to create this recipe.  I used the whole tub of whipped cream and added 2 tbsp of Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter. You will only use a heaping tbsp of the mixture for each cup of dessert, but you can always save the rest to enjoy at a later time.

Step 1.  Place a tsp of jelly on the bottom of your glass or bowl.

Step 2. Add one RITZ Fresh Stacks Ultimate Butter cracker.

Step 3. Top with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

Step 4. Add a heaping tbsp of he delicious Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter/Whipped Cream mix.

Step 5. Drizzle more Jelly on top.

Step 6. Top with one last RITZ Ultimate Butter cracker.

It is pretty common knowledge that RITZ crackers go well with Peanut Butter, but for this dessert RITZ Fresh Stacks Ultimate Butter crackers add the little bit of salt to help balance the sweetness of the Jelly. My favorite part of this recipe is the portions. It's not too much of anything. It's not too heavy, too sweet or too filling. The portions in this recipe are small, perfect for a little treat.

Do I have your attention now? Are you dreaming up ways to use RITZ Fresh Stacks Ultimate Butter? Then you definitely need to check out more ways to #StackItUp with RITZ. Go on, head over there and see what other delicious combos people have come up with.

Game Day Appetizer- Perfect Pinwheels

I'm back with another fantastic appetizer idea! In my opinion, you can never have too many appetizer ideas right? I mean, especially with all of the Big Games coming up, because food and watching football go hand in hand.  So it's time to make your shopping list and head to the store. Today I am sharing a super delicious and easy pinwheel recipe that is perfect when sitting on top of a RITZ® cracker.

Okay, first things first. I headed straight to Albertsons and was able to mark two items off of my list as soon as I walked in, RITZ® crackers and Coca-Cola were right up front, it must have been a sign. I love Albertsons for their deli and produce options so I was so happy to pick up freshly sliced Salami and provolone and then grab spinach, chives and avocados from the produce section.  After that all I needed was cream cheese. Done!

I made it super easy for you to try this recipe, you can just watch the 6 steps with description on the slideshow above, or you can see the steps here.

Step 1: Lay out and layer salami.

Step 2: Spread cream cheese over the salami.

Step 3: Layer Spinach on top of the cream cheese. (I added pepper and chopped chives to the cream cheese spread.)

Step 4: Add layered provolone cheese.

Step 5: Slowly roll from one side to the other.

Step 6: Slice and place on top of RITZ® crackers.

That's it!

There are a lot of options when it comes to RITZ® crackers, but you can't go wrong with original.

See, another perfect appetizer for watching the big game. I am proud to say everyone loved these, kids included. With my kids, they usually just go straight for the RITZ® crackers and discard whatever I put on top. But, they enjoyed these pinwheels and I think what I liked most was that they were super hearty. There was just one thing missing to make the football watching complete...

Coca-Cola! Ah, you can't go wrong with the nice crisp flavor that you get from a cold bottle of Coca-Cola.

To me, it really doesn't matter which team your rooting for, because everyone will always agree on one thing; watching football (or any game really) is always better with good food and drinks.

If you noticed, I used the avocados that I picked up from Albertsons to make some guacamole. A dab of guacamole was delicious on top of the pinwheels, but it also goes really well as a dip for original RITZ® crackers.

The Perfect Topping: Delicious Chicken Salad! #PutItOnARitz

In my house, RITZ® are an every day after school snack. My youngest daughter calls them "circle crackers" and would eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I would allow her to. Because we eat them so often, I like to try and come up with different toppings to keep things interesting. I love that I can put almost anything on a RITZ®.

I like to have RITZ® on hand as an appetizer option or snack while making dinner. We have eaten RITZ® with spinach artichoke dip, bruschetta, and ceviche and for the kids, I use ham and cheese, flavored cream cheese or PB&J. The possibilities are endless really.

Today I am sharing with you two recipe ideas, a Chicken salad and a more kid friendly Fruit and Dip to top of your RITZ®.

To make the Chicken Salad, you will need:

1 can of Chicken (or about 1 cup of shredded Chicken)

1/4 cup of Mayonnaise

1 stalk of Celery (diced)

1/4 cup of Raisins or Craisins

1/4 cup of sweet apples (diced)

Mix all ingredients and then #PutItOnARitz!

My more kid friendly recipe, is delicious and sweet and complements the salt of a

. For this recipe you will need:

1/2 cup of Cream Cheese

1/2 cup of Marshmallow Fluff

Diced fruit

I used strawberries, pineapples, and apples.

This one is easy enough for your kids to make on their own, just mix the softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff in a bowl until smooth. Then add a small dab to your RITZ® and top with your diced fruit of choice. I used crushed pineapple, diced strawberries and apples. All of the flavors and textures make such a yummy treat.

While doing my grocery shopping at Walmart, my daughter reminded me that we ran out of "circle crackers" or RITZ® and we needed more for the week. Luckily there is such a wide variety of flavors and sizes and we actually went with the Family Size pack of

because we go through them so quickly.  But I think next time I will try the Bacon flavored RITZ® and try to come up with more toppings to go with them.

Now tell me: What do you use to top your RITZ®
