Every now and then I get an awesome email in my inbox and just like that, things start looking up. For example, a few weeks ago, I got an email that read, Hey we need some volunteers for BlogHER16 in Los Angeles, are you available? I couldn't say Yes! fast enough, because BlogHER is one of those conferences that everyone has been to, everyone except for me. Not only was I so excited to go to BlogHER, one of the biggest blogging conferences of the year, but it was in my hometown of Los Angeles.
Thanks to Mitsubishi Motors I was able to commute in style and comfort. I was provided a week long test drive experience in the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. The Outlander not only drove me to and from BlogHER16 in Downtown LA, but it also kept us cool and comfortable while we ran around town doing all of our back-to-school shopping and even had us riding in style to my birthday dinner.
One of my favorite things about test driving the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander was the Sunroof!! As I drove from #BlogHER16 through #dtla I looked up and had the best view of all the beautiful high rise buildings. Check out more of the fun we had in our @Mitsucars #DriveMitsubishi test drive on the blog.
Ah, the sunroof! I've never had a car with a sunroof before, which is like a crime since I live in Los Angeles, where it's always sunroof weather.
I have to admit, I kinda fell in love the with 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander and was very sad when my week was up. There were so many things to fall in love with, but mostly it was just so damn easy. As a Mom who's always on to the next errand or task, I need as much ease and comfort as possible. Here are my favorite features:
- Remote Keyless Entry
- One touch Start/Stop engine switch
- Rear Seat Center Armrest with cup holders
- 12-Volt accessory outlets (I'm always in need of a charge)
- Power remote lift gate
- Rear view camera
- 6.1- inch touchscreen display
- Power Glass Sunroof with tilt and slide
Check out all of the space. You can see the extended storage space with the 3rd row down. It held all of our groceries and back to school stuff with room to spare.
As you can see, my girls felt at home in the backseat. It's definitely important to me that the kids feel comfortable and safe but are also able to get in and out of the car with ease. Especially on those busy days when we are running around town. A good sound system is important in this family too, because we are always ready for the next dance party. This time, we were on our way to Hollywood for an advanced screening of Disney's Pete Dragon at the El Capitan Theater. I told you, we were busy!
And since it was the end of Summer vacation, we had to squeeze in some swimming and sleep overs too. So after driving through Downtown LA, Hollywood, and around town, I think the best part of the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander was the ease of driving. It has so much space when you're inside that it feels like you're going to be driving a big SUV, but it maneuvers and get's in and out of spot so easily!
So, to sum it all up I had a great birthday week riding around in style and comfort in the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. If you're looking for a spacious but not too big SUV that is city friendly, this is the car for you.
