Thank you to Disney, Marvel Studios and The Funny Mom Blog for letting me cover this amazing experience for her.
Where are my Marvel fans? You know what’s coming right? Marvel Studios Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters everywhere April 27th! Do you have your tickets yet? Because, in case you didn’t know it’s kind of a big deal. This is it! This is like… the pinnacle, the culmination, basically it’s what we’ve all been waiting for. It's like a party and EVERYONE is invited!
Do you see this lineup? Ugh, it was a Marvel fans dream come true... we were all so close, but yet so far.

Okay, so this will not be one of those posts filled with spoilers. Nope. I would never do that. What I can tell you though, is you are in for a ride. There is so much going on in this movie from beginning to end, it’s filled with all of the action we’ve grown accustomed to and my favorite part, the one-liners. I love those moments that break up the tension and cause every single person in that theater to laugh.
Not only will everyone be laughing, but everyone will be on their edge of their seat as well. At one point, I stopped to look at the crowd and everyone's eyes and mouths were wide open as we watched Infinity War unfold.
I attended the press conference over the weekend and I wish I could say that I left with a bunch of interesting insight to the movie, but nope. No one had screened the movie yet and everyone was incredibly tight lipped about the script and story line. I left the press conference without any knowledge of the movie, but still had a blast listening to everyone talk about everything except the movie. This is what I learned at the press conference:
Chris Pratt is a huge fan of bass fishing
Scarlett Johansson gets a new vest in this film, but has been wearing the same black one piece for 10 years.
Mark Ruffalo drives a Prius and wears hemp shoes.
Letitia Wright is very proud of her character’s influence on young girls in the STEM field.
I'm sure there was more being said, but between all of the talking around the movie and being in awe of the cast, that pretty much summed it all up.
I also got a sneak peek at some of the cool merchandise and toys that your kids will be asking for.
Are you ready? You are in for a ride.
