What better way to celebrate Mexican Independence Day than with Los Tigres del Norte at the Hollywood Bowl?! Socio-political corrido pioneers Los Tigres del Norte will headline the Bowl’s first-ever concert dedicated to música norteña. They will perform with an orchestra, including all-star musicians from the Youth Orchestra Los Angeles (YOLA). Los Cachorros de Juan Villarreal and Los Cadetes de Linares de Los Primos Tijerina make it a star-studded norteño night.
Los Tigres del Norte have been making music for 50 years. They have sold millions of records and have won numerous awards over the years. Their corridos are known throughout generations of families and even if you are not technically a fan of norteño music, I bet you will find a song to love.
The Hollywood Bowl is one of my favorite venues in Southern California. There’s nothing better than listening to live music while sitting under the stars. Celebrate Mexican Independence Day with Los Tigres del Norte at the Hollywood Bowl. Get your tickets here:
