Thank you Knott's Berry Farm for inviting me and my family to join in all the fun for #KnottsPeanutsCelebration! We had such a great time, I love capturing moments that we are making as a family and sharing them with all of you. As always, all opinions and photos are my own.
Say Hello to Pig Pen!
So, first of all, let me introduce you to Knott's Berry Farm's latest addition to the Peanuts Gang-- Pig Pen! We are always so excited to take pictures with the characters while at Knott's Berry Farm. Pig Pen made his debut this weekend at Knott's Berry Farm and you can visit Pig Pen's Pig Pen at the Livery Stable along with some cute little piglets, horses and a donkey!
NEW Peanuts Entertainment
Lucy and Charlie Brown's Balancing Act at Camp Snoopy Theater
t's a brand new show that will finally answer the age old question- How many blockheads does it take to kick a football? These shows are always a good time for the little ones and it's right in the middle of Camp Snoopy and let's keep it real, sometimes us parents just need a few minutes to sit and watch a show. This one will even get some of the audience involved.
Lucy and Sally's Fiesta Fantasy at Fiesta Plaza Stage
Oh my gosh this show was so much fun! If you are following me on Instagram, I went live during this show because it was just too cute! Just picture Lucy and Sally dancing Folkorico to some classic mariachi music. This show also has some audience participation when the kids get up to learn the Mexican Hat Dance.
Beagle Bonanza at the Grand Sierra Railroad
This is another favorite Camp Snoopy ride! It's one of those rides that the whole family can get on and spend time together and just for the Knott's Peanut Celebration it has undergone a few changes. It's so fun to see all the fun on the way to the Beagle Bonanza.
Sketchy School at Bird Cage Theater
This one was so much fun! You can learn to draw your favorite Peanut's characters by Knott's resident Art Teacher. He makes it seem so simple, kids of all ages and adults will have so much fun learning tips and tricks. We learned to draw Lucy and when we were done, we hung around and watched an episode from the classic Peanuts television specials.
The Photo Ops
New this year are some really cool photo ops. We love to take photos with the characters throughout the park, but during Knott's Peanut Celebration they added some really cool photo staging areas! This is only one of them. But I'm going to tell you what I love about these photo areas, all of the photos that you take throughout the park are memories in the making. These are the photos that go into the photo book. These are the ones that the kids will look back on and remember.
